Join us for a magical festive weekend as The Van Club community comes together to celebrate Christmas camping in true rally style. A relaxed, fun-filled weekend packed with entertainment, great food and plenty of festive cheer with fellow motorhome and campervan members. Facilities on site: fresh water, Elsan disposal point and toilets. Local amenities: buses stop outside the venue with routes to Ludlow and Leominster, and there are two pubs within walking distance. Saturday Morning — relaxed start with breakfast baps available to buy. Saturday Afternoon — traditional Christmas dinner included, with a special visit from Santa during the meal. Saturday Evening — live music followed by a disco, plus judging for Best Dressed Van and Best Christmas Jumper. A warm, friendly, festive weekend to close the year surrounded by great people, laughter and the true Van Club community spirit.

Dogs are welcome at the rally but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the hall where the entertainment takes place.

Booking terms

Cancellation
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the rally start date, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including your £15 deposit. If you cancel your booking 21 days or less before the rally start date, no refund will be provided. This is because, at this stage, The Van Club will have committed to costs based on confirmed attendance and may not be able to resell your pitch.
