Join us for a warm and elegant October getaway as The Van Club hosts a themed Autumn Ball Weekend - complete with live music, catered food, and a cosy hall for evening celebrations. This relaxed and friendly rally is the perfect chance to enjoy good company, great entertainment, and the glow of autumn colours. Arrival from 4pm Friday, departure 4pm Sunday. Rally Theme: Autumn Ball - dress up (optional), enjoy the evening atmosphere, and settle in for a stylish but relaxed autumn celebration. Weekend Highlights: live music inside the hall for the Autumn Ball; catered food, with a catered meal provided as part of the Saturday night experience - no cooking needed; easy access to Salisbury, with a bus running directly to the historic cathedral city in just 21 minutes. Facilities: water, Elsan, toilets, access to the hall (hired for the weekend), children welcome, dog friendly.

Dog information
Dogs are welcome at the rally but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the hall where the entertainment takes place.

Booking terms
A £15 deposit secures your pitch. The balance is due 21 days before the event.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the rally start date, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including your £15 deposit. If you cancel your booking 21 days or less before the rally start date, no refund will be provided. This is because, at this stage, The Van Club will have committed to costs based on confirmed attendance and may not be able to resell your pitch.
