Join us for one of the biggest and most anticipated events in The Van Club calendar as we celebrate the arrival of 2027 and mark The Van Club's 2nd Birthday in true Van Club style! Get ready for an unforgettable few days packed with live entertainment, great food, laughter, friendship and fantastic company as we bring together members from across the UK. What's on 30th December — Welcome Party: an evening of live music followed by a disco as we welcome members from across the country and get the party started. 31st December — New Year's Eve Celebration: live band entertainment, hog roast included, bring a cold plate to share, and midnight countdown celebrations. Raise a glass with friends old and new as we welcome 2027 together. 1st January — Karaoke Party Night: after a well-earned lie-in, join us for a fun-filled karaoke evening — always one of the highlights of the weekend! Celebrating 2 years of The Van Club This special rally also marks The Van Club's 2nd Birthday. Over the past two years we've built an incredible community, hosted fantastic rallies across the UK and beyond, and created friendships that last long after the rallies end. Join us as we celebrate everything we've achieved together and look forward to an exciting future. Dog information
Dogs are welcome at the rally but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the hall where the entertainment takes place.

Booking terms
Sold out. Join the waiting list to be contacted if a space becomes available.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the rally start date, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including your £15 deposit. If you cancel your booking 21 days or less before the rally start date, no refund will be provided. This is because, at this stage, The Van Club will have committed to costs based on confirmed attendance and may not be able to resell your pitch.
