A full Bavarian-themed weekend at Wellingore Memorial Hall, with sausages, shots, karaoke and a live Oompah Band evening.

We're returning to the brilliant Wellingore Memorial Hall for another unforgettable Oktoberfest celebration! Expect steins, sausages, music, fun, and a full weekend of Bavarian-themed entertainment - all in a warm, cosy indoor venue perfect for autumn. This is one of our most popular themed weekends, and it's back! Weekend Theme: OKTOBERFEST - think Bavarian colours, German treats, steins, dancing, and plenty of laughter, with a Van Club twist. Weekend Schedule: - Friday - Sausages & Shots + Karaoke Night: a proper themed welcome night with sausages, fun shots and a lively karaoke session. - Saturday - Oompah Band Night: the main event, with music, dancing, steins in the air and optional fancy dress. - Sunday - Farewell Coffee Morning: a relaxed morning coffee inside the hall before heading home. Facilities: fresh water, Elsan, toilets.

Dogs are welcome at the rally but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the hall where the entertainment takes place.

Booking terms

A £15 deposit secures your pitch. The balance is due 21 days before the event.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the rally start date, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including your £15 deposit. If you cancel your booking 21 days or less before the rally start date, no refund will be provided. This is because, at this stage, The Van Club will have committed to costs based on confirmed attendance and may not be able to resell your pitch.
