A relaxed countryside weekend just outside Whitchurch, with live music, a Club BBQ, karaoke and a large indoor barn for socialising.
Join us for a fantastic countryside weekend on a peaceful rural site just outside Whitchurch. Surrounded by open fields, quiet lanes and charming country pubs, this rally offers the perfect setting for relaxation, entertainment, and great company. Our rally field has excellent facilities, a large indoor barn for gatherings, and plenty of space for a friendly, laid-back weekend. Pitches Available: we offer both electric and non-electric pitches, but numbers are limited, so early booking is essential. Weekend Highlights: a Live Singer for a great evening of live music, a Club BBQ with tasty food and great company, and a Karaoke Night to finish with laughs and singalong fun. On-site facilities include limited electric hook-up pitches, non-electric pitches, fresh water, showers, toilets, Elsan disposal, rubbish bins, grey waste via hedgerow, and a large indoor barn with pool table, darts and table tennis - free for members to use. Nearby attractions include The Man In The Woods (a couple of minutes' walk away) for food and drinks, a village pub around a 20-minute stroll through quiet country lanes, and Whitchurch itself just 2 miles away with shops, cafés, and scenic walking routes.

Dog information
Dogs are welcome at the rally but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the hall where the entertainment takes place.

Booking terms
A £15 deposit secures your pitch. The balance is due 21 days before the event.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the rally start date, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including your £15 deposit. If you cancel your booking 21 days or less before the rally start date, no refund will be provided. This is because, at this stage, The Van Club will have committed to costs based on confirmed attendance and may not be able to resell your pitch.
