Easter Weekend Rally

Celebrate Easter weekend in true Van Club style with a fun and friendly rally in the heart of Herefordshire at the welcoming Ledbury Rugby Club. From Good Friday (3rd April) through to Easter Monday (6th April 2026), we’ll be taking over this beautiful location for a long weekend filled with great vibes, scenic rides, and festive fun.

Whether you’re looking to relax in the countryside, explore local markets, or enjoy live music with your fellow Van Clubbers, this event is the perfect way to spend your Easter break.

🌿 Discover Ledbury – A Hidden Gem in the Countryside

Ledbury is a charming historic market town surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside of Herefordshire and the nearby Malvern Hills. With its traditional black-and-white timber-framed buildings, independent shops, cosy pubs, and welcoming community, Ledbury is an ideal location for an Easter escape.

The rally will be based at Ledbury Rugby Club, which offers a flat, scenic pitch area just a short walk from the town centre – giving you the perfect base to explore everything this lovely area has to offer.

We’ve planned a weekend that balances relaxation, entertainment, and exploration, with something for everyone to enjoy:

🎶 Live Music Night – Join us for a great evening of live entertainment at the clubhouse. Bring your dancing shoes and your best Van Club energy!
🚴 Group Bike Rides – For those who love getting active, we’ll be organising casual group bike rides through the local countryside – suitable for all abilities and a great way to take in the views.
🛍️ Ledbury Craft & Farmers Market – Taking place over the Easter weekend, this fantastic market is full of local produce, handmade crafts, sweet treats, and more. Perfect for picking up unique Easter gifts or simply sampling what the locals have to offer.
🔥 Evening Firepit & Socials – Wind down with fellow members in the evenings around our community firepit. Share a drink, a story, and some laughs under the stars.
