Six Nations Rugby Rally

The Six Nations is one of the biggest rivalries in rugby, and there really is no better way to experience England vs Wales than surrounded by fellow Van Club members at a welcoming and well-equipped venue just a short distance from Cardiff city centre. Whether you’re rugby mad or simply love fun-filled social weekends, this rally promises atmosphere, entertainment, and plenty of memorable moments.

🏕️ The Venue

Our weekend base is Diamond Ground in Cardiff, a fantastic location offering everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable rally. The site benefits from spacious grounds and proper facilities, making it perfect for Van Club members of all ages.

On-site facilities include:

• Toilet and shower facilities

• Fresh drinking water

• Elsan disposal point

• Child-friendly and dog-friendly environment

This is a practical and inclusive setting, ideal whether you’re bringing the whole family, travelling as a couple, or coming along solo. Members can settle in for the weekend knowing they have everything they need right there on site.

🎶 Friday – Live Music to Start The Weekend

Members will be arriving gradually throughout Friday, and we’ll be kicking off the rally with live music in the afternoon/evening. It’s the perfect way to unwind, make new friends, and get into the spirit of the weekend.

We will have exclusive use of a function room at the venue on Friday.

🏉 Saturday – The Big Game

Saturday is the centrepiece of the weekend — England vs Wales, 4:40pm kick-off. Whether your heart lies with the Red Dragons, the English Rose, or you just love the atmosphere, you’ll feel something special being surrounded by fellow fans.

We encourage everyone to dress in the colours of their chosen nation. Wear it proudly — rugby shirts, scarves, face paint, hats, wigs… it’s all about fun and enthusiasm!

The clubhouse will be open Saturday afternoon, giving us the perfect environment to enjoy the match together. Expect cheers, laughs, friendly banter, and an atmosphere to rival being in the city itself.

After the game finishes, feel free to chat, socialise, and unwind together — win or lose, it will be a brilliant afternoon.
