Competition Terms & Conditions – The Van Club

These terms and conditions apply to the competition to win a Belmont Leisure Pathway 4G WiFi Router, donated by Motorhome Matt and That Leisure Shop.

Welcome to the van club competition, where exciting prizes await!

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • One entry per person is permitted.

  • Employees, volunteers, crew members, or anyone directly associated with The Van Club, Motorhome Matt, or That Leisure Shop are not eligible to enter.

  • The Van Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Comment on the competition post with the correct answer to the required question.

  2. Like the That Leisure Shop Facebook page.

Both steps must be completed for the entry to be valid.

3. Entry Period

  • The competition opens upon posting.

  • Entries must be received by 20th December.

  • Entries received after this deadline will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on 24th December via The Van Club’s official Facebook page.

  • The decision of The Van Club is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize Details

  • The prize is: 1 x Belmont Leisure Pathway 4G WiFi Router (RRP £229).

  • The prize has been generously donated by Motorhome Matt and That Leisure Shop.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • The prize will be dispatched after New Year once the holiday period has passed.

6. Data Protection

  • By entering, participants consent to their name being used in winner announcements.

  • No personal data will be shared with third parties except for the purpose of delivering the prize.

7. General Conditions

  • The Van Club reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • The Van Club accepts no liability for:

    • Incomplete entries

    • Technical issues

    • Delays in prize delivery outside of our control

  • Participation indicates full acceptance of these terms.
